What is Scale Calibration?

Scale calibration is the process of comparing the display reading of your scale with known standards to determine the scale performance and accuracy.  If a scale is determined to be inaccurate or out of tolerance, our service technicians will make the necessary adjustments or repairs, so your scale is calibrated and returned to its specified accuracy and tolerance.

At Garber Metrology we go above and beyond offering consulting, sales, installation, service and calibration of all types and brands of weighing devices.  All our technicians are experienced and trained in the application of Handbook 44, the NIST guidebook for the scale industry.  Being in the scale business since 1975, our technicians are among the most knowledgeable with years of technical training and experience in the field.

Garber Metrology can calibrate all scale types and brands to ISO 9001 Registered by NQA and ISO/IEC 17025 and ANSI/NCSL Z540-1-1994 Accredited by ANAB.
